All shipping is done through Canada Post. Shipping charges are calculated by weight. Your charges will show up while you are checking out and cost anywhere between $6-$20.

Products shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties and importation fees. You are responsible for charges incurred at customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days, as long as they have not been worn or washed.

 

Due to the work involved in custom orders, they CANNOT be returned, unless the product has a defect. In that case, you may exchange only for another product.

Customer must pay actual shipping charges on any exchanges.

Please note, colors show differently on all computers, it is your choice to order the product and we will not be held responsible for the shade being different than you expected. If you are unsure about colors, please feel free to ask us to match something up for you and send a picture. We are always happy to help!
